Mr. Wingard, brings over 12 years of experience in education, with a strong background in mathematics. He is highly goal-oriented, with the ambition of ensuring that all students graduate with an associate's degree and possess the tools to become lifelong learners!

Mrs. Santillan joined the PISD family as a 3rd-grade teacher at Red Bluff Elementary School more than 10 years ago. While working there, she built strong, life-long relationships with her students and noticed that her passion for helping extended beyond the classroom. After making the move to a counselor at South Houston High School, she couldn’t deny that her true calling was guiding young adults to realize their full potential. She loves encouraging her students to better themselves and to achieve the goals they have set. Her goal is to have an individualized plan for all early college high school students to help them be career and college-ready. Se habla español.
