Mrs. Bell

Dean Rhonda Bell has been in education for more than 25 years, and she has been actively involved in early colleges for the past 10 years.  She started as a speech and debate teacher, and uses those communication skills to create a transparent program for all stakeholders. Her goal is for all students to graduate with their high school diploma and Associate’s degree and to have college hours that seamlessly transfer into a four-year program.

 Mrs. Santillan
Cristiana Santillan joined the PISD family as a 3rd grade teacher at Red Bluff Elementary School more than 10 years ago. While working there, she built strong, life-long relationships with her students and noticed that her passion for helping extended beyond the classroom. After making the move to counselor at South Houston High School, she couldn’t deny that her true calling was guiding young adults to realize their full potential. She loves encouraging her students to better themselves and to achieve goals they have set. Her goal is to have an individualized plan for all early college high school students to help them be career and college ready. Se habla español.
