How To Find Student's Grades And Absences

Parents and Students,
Every week, we send a “Student Snapshot”  to each student's school-issued email. The information provides a weekly overview of grades, absences, and makeup time owed because of absences and makeup time earned. Here is how to access that information:

First Option: Log Into Student's Email.
1. Go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/
2. Log into the account using the student's computer login.
3. Look for email containing the data.
4. You can also access that link from the PISD homepage under the "Staff" and then "District/Office 365" links.

Second Option: Log Into the Pasadena ISD Portal.
1. Go to https://portal.pasadenaisd.org/
2. Click on "Applications" or "Applications 2" to find
"Office 365" (it is the orange icon).
3. Go to "Mail" and find the message with student's data.

Students at SHHS

Drivers, please note the times and locations for dropping off students before and after school.

Morning Drop-Off Schedule and Locations

In the mornings, students can be dropped in front of the school at Shaver at any time, but the Edgebrook parking lot at the side of the school will close at 7:15 a.m. In addition, we ask that cars enter and exit the parking lots in the directions noted in the following map so we can help everyone get in and out of the parking lots as quickly and safely as possible.

In the afternoons, students can be picked up from the front parking lot off Shaver and the Edgebrook lot, which opens at 2:00 p.m. We ask that cars enter and exit the lots as noted in the map below, and that cars that arrive early and wait to pick up students park only in the north side of the Shaver lot.
